The Alpine Alpenglow (French pronunciation: [alpinalpɛnglo]) is a hydrogen-powered concept car from French automaker Alpine, unveiled in October 2022.[4][5]

In 2024, an LMDh prototype will take the start of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.[6]

Overview

Presentation

The Alpenglow was announced by the automaker on October 13, 2022 at 9 a.m. through an image on the web.[7][8][9] It was then presented on October 17 at the 2022 Paris Motor Show.[10][11]

Powertrain

The Alpenglow has a V8 engine running on a dihydrogen fuel cell designed by the British company Gibson Technology. This block develops a power of 880 hp.
