99 (Hungarian: A 99-es számú bérkocsi), aka Kilencvenkilenc, is a 1918 silent Hungarian crime film directed by Michael Curtiz and featuring Bela Lugosi.[1] The screenplay was written by Iván Siklósi, based on the novel by R. F. Foster. The film was first shown at the Royal-Apollo in Budapest on 12 September 1918.[2]
