Defending champion Alex de Minaur[1] defeated Casper Ruud in the final, 6–4, 6–4 to win the singles tennis title the 2024 Mexican Open. It was his eighth ATP Tour career singles title. De Minaur became the first player to defend the title since David Ferrer in 2012, and the first to do so since the tournament's switch to hardcourts in 2014.
