The 2022 Irish League Women's Premiership, known as the Danske Bank Women's Premiership for sponsorship reasons[1] was the 19th season of the top-tier women's football league in Northern Ireland.  Glentoran Ladies were the defending champions.[2] Cliftonville Ladies won their first league title.[3]
