The 2019 season is the Washington Redskins' 88th in the National Football League and their sixth and final under head coach Jay Gruden.

On October 7, 2019, the team fired head coach Jay Gruden after an 0–5 start (their worst since 2001), and appointed offensive line coach Bill Callahan as the interim head coach until the end of the season.
