Notes:
  1. ^ Banants qualified for the Europa League first qualifying round by winning the 2015–16 Armenian Cup.
  2. ^ In February 2016, Ulisses were expelled from the league after their licence was revoked due to both financial and non-financial shortcomings. Since more than half of the matches had been played at the time, the matches scheduled to take place after the licence was revoked were decided as 3–0 losses.[1][2]

The league was played in four stages. The teams played four times with each other, twice at home and twice away, for a total of 28 matches per team.
