With a bit of luck and you know all my stars line up on that day I could be a show of getting on the middle step of world championship. I think this year will be a lot better a lot more practiced than last year we didn't quite get it right a lot of times we did at the Giro but at the tour no, we'll see what happens. Without passion and enjoyment I wouldn't be doing it that's for sure and I've still got that and still want to perform and you know do my best for my team, and my country. Every race is a goal for me I'd like to get a stage win for me being more a sprinter type rider, a world championship as well would be something else that I've done well in in the past with a bit of luck and you know all my stars line up on that day I could be a show of getting on the middle step of world championship that's a pretty big goal, a personal goal of mine as well. For my objective this year to win the race some couple of race if you get the chance because normally I help the others win the race and anyway I want to win a stage too. I tried to more progress than last year. For me being a lead out man I don't have any particular races I want to win, I want to be a lot better in the prologues that I do this year, unfortunately there is not as many on the calendar this year and obviously just goals for leading out I just want to be up there and I want to be constant I want to be around. I take every race as an opportunity to get a stage win, not only that but being part of a team and helping the team perform to it's maximum ability you know helping young guys with some tactics throughout the race and just sort of taking that approach is something that I'm really liking and enjoying doing now. I keep continue like this for the working but if I have a chance for the win, try to win the stage so I always keep going for this way because I like mentality that pain is beautiful so keep going this way. We have to get out there and do it again this year 2013.
