Seal (en ocasiones referido como Seal II con el objetivo de evitar confusiones con el álbum de 1991 que lleva el mismo nombre) es el segundo álbum homónimo del cantante Seal. El álbum fue puesto a la venta en 1994 por ZTT/Sire Records.

Desde entonces, la imagen en la portada ha sido sinónimo de Seal, apareciendo en varias portadas de sencillos de canciones versionadas y siendo reutilizada para su álbum de grandes éxitos.
