Seimeni is a commune in Constanța County, Northern Dobruja, Romania.
The commune includes three villages:
- Seimeni (historical name: Seimenii Mari, Turkish: Seymenköy)
- Dunărea (historical names: Boasgic, Turkish: Boğazcık)
- Seimenii Mici (Turkish: Küçük Seymenköy)
