Ford was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the seventh round (234th overall) of the 2022 NFL Draft.[4] He signed his rookie contract on May 6, 2022.[5] He made the Packers' initial 53-man roster following his first training camp,[6] but remained inactive for the entire 2022 season.

On August 30, 2023, Ford was waived by the Packers but re-signed to the practice squad a day later.[7][8] He signed a reserve/future contract on January 22, 2024.[9]
