Norfolk (March 24, 2008) Rear Adm. Mark S. Boensel, commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic; Vice Adm. Peter H. Daly, deputy commander, U. S. Fleet Forces Command; Vice Adm. Dirk J. Debbink, commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command; and R. Kent Hudgens, deputy commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command; participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of the new Navy Reserve Forces Command Headquarters at Naval Station Norfolk. The command will bring about 450 military and civilian employees who are responsible for the readiness, oversight and training of reserve Sailors.
