Description
Poles from Gdynia arrested by German occupants on first days of Second World War. During so called Säuberungsaktionen (“cleaning actions”), conduced in Gdynia between 14 and 30 September 1939, almost 2500 Poles were arrested and imprisonment. Many of them were later murdered in Piaśnica forest or in Stutthof concentration camp.
