This is a retouched picture, which means that it has been digitally altered from its original version. Modifications: I changed the colors a little bit. I used this image from the [http://www.chinhphu.vn/portal/page?_pageid=439,1&_dad=portal&_schema=PORTAL] vietnamese government website as color reference. And the file is now SVG 1.1 compliant. Modifications made by MS05L.
