Title: Cincinnati, Ohio. Preparing canned pork (Russian: "svinaia tushonka") for lend-lease shipment to the USSR at the Kroger grocery and baking company. Inspectors see each can after it comes out of the pressure cooker, where the pork is cooked for two and one-half hours at 160 to 250 degrees.
