What we do. Every page goes through several hundred of perfecting techniques; in live mode. Quite the same Wikipedia. Just better.

Note that these journals normally do not contain transcripts of legislative proceedings. Rather, they merely summarize for each bill, who proposed it, who withdrew it, how it was bounced between various committees and the two houses, and what the votes were on the bill at each stage.
