Description
Ticker tape parade for the Apollo 11 astronauts in New York City on the section of Broadway known as the Canyon of Heroes. The photo is taken from near the intersection of Wall Street and Broadway, looking south as the parade proceeds northward. The trees of Bowling Green are visible in the background where Broadway starts.
