Benjamin T. Bartlett IV,[3] also known as Ben Bartlett, is an American politician. He served as a Republican member for the Rockingham 1st district of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. In his term in the House Bartlett voted just once. After missing the subsequent 134 votes he resigned on April 26, 2023 claiming ill health. However, the US Office of Special Council claimed that he resigned due to the office's Hatch Act enforcement efforts.

His resignation required a special election to fill the seat. This race was won by Democrat Hal Rafter.

Life and career

Bartlett served two terms of the Nottingham Selectboard.[3] In November 2022, Bartlett was elected to the New Hampshire House of Representatives along with Jacob Brouillard and Paul Tudor in the general election for the Rockingham 1st district.[4] He assumed office in December 2022 and resigned on April 26, 2023.[5]

In 2024 he lost his bid for a third term on Nottingham's Selectboard by 35 percentage points. [6]
