Thomas Zajac (born 22 September 1985) is an Austrian competitive sailor.

He competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, in the mixed Nacra 17 where he won a bronze medal.[2] Zajac was the flag bearer for Austria during the closing ceremonies along with Tanja Frank.[3]

In 2021, in the 2020 Olympics, he competed partnered with Barbara Matz in the Nacra 17 event.[4]
