Club

On 22 December 2017, Mammadov joined Sabail .[1][2]

On 2 June 2018, Rahil signed a three-year contract with Qarabağ.[3]

On 9 February 2022, Mammadov joined Zira on loan for the remainder of the 2021–22 season.[4]

On 20 January 2024, Polish club ŁKS Łódź announced the signing of Mammadov on an eighteen-month contract.[5]

On 27 March 2018, Mammadov made his senior international debut for Azerbaijan game against Macedonia.[6][7][8]
