The Trillium Line will be extended to Leitrim in 2024. The station will consist of two side platforms and will connect to the existing park and ride and new bus platforms. The park and ride will be initially expanded to 330 spaces, with the possibility to expand to 925 spaces in the future.[3]

O-Train station

Leitrim will be a new Line 2 station serving the community of Findlay Creek (Leitrim) upon completion of the O-Train South expansion. The existing Park and Ride lot will be expanded from its current 290 parking spaces to 330 spaces once initially opened, and is planned to later hold 925 spaces. A new bus loop with 3 bus stops and shelters (A, B and C), and a staff facilities building at the north of the lot will be within a fare paid zone, which is made to be accessible through the station fare gates when Line 2 service ends at midnight.[4]
