Presidential elections were held in Brazil on 1 March 1906.[1] The presidential elections were won by Afonso Pena of the Republican Party of Minas Gerais, who received 98% of the vote.[2] Nilo Peçanha of the Republican Party of Rio de Janeiro was elected vice-president, also receiving 98% of the vote.
