From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Orizzonte Catania defeated NC Vouiagmeni to win its eighth title.[1] Defending champion Fiorentina Waterpolo and ZVL Leiden also reached the newly introduced final four, which replaced the previous editions' round-robin final stage.
