Notes:
  1. ^ As holders, Al-Rasheed automatically qualified for the Arab Club Champions Cup meaning Iraq were given another slot in the competition. Although Al-Jaish were runners-up of the league and Al-Zawraa were runners-up of the FA Cup (both won by Al-Rasheed), the IFA decided to give the slot to the league's fourth-placed team Al-Shabab.
